Alleon Group Community Initiatives – Giving Back

Building Stronger Communities

We know business is about more than numbers—it’s about people

That’s why Alleon Group community initiatives are central to how we give back and create lasting change

By supporting programs that shape future leaders, uplift vulnerable populations, and address vital causes, we’re helping to build a brighter, more inclusive tomorrow.

Here’s a look at some of the partnerships and programs that are close to our hearts:

FPSA: Nurturing Future First Responders

We proudly back the next generation of heroes through our support of Pinellas Park High School students’ participation in the Florida Public Service Association (FPSA).

This incredible program equips young participants with the academic, problem-solving, and technical skills essential for careers as First Responders.

By investing in these students, we’re helping to build a safer, stronger local community.

Scouting: Fostering Leadership and Service

Did you know Alleon’s team includes four Eagle Scouts?

This connection fuels our commitment to advancing the Scouting movement.

Through financial support and hands-on volunteering, we’re helping young Scouts grow into confident leaders who prioritize service and personal growth.

Celebrate Outreach: Combating Homelessness

Homelessness an food insecurity are critical issues and Celebrate Outreach in St. Petersburg is working tirelessly to address it.

Alleon is a proud supporter, providing both financial backing and practical assistance. From supporting Celebrate Outreach’s advocacy efforts to providing supplies or people power for the weekly meals and cold weather shelter, we’re honored to contribute to this impactful work.

Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation: Take Steps

With 3.1 million American families affected by IBD annually Alleon has seen the difficulties these diseases can bring first-hand.

In 2024, Alleon Group sponsored and participated in the “Gotta Go Getters” team for the Foundation’s “Take Steps” walk in Atlanta.

Together, we raised funds for research and patient care with the shared goal of guiding more patients toward remission.

City Rescue Mission of Jacksonville: Champion’s Challenge Golf Tournament

For over eight years, Alleon has proudly partnered with the City Rescue Mission of Jacksonville, a nonprofit dedicated to rebuilding lives since 1946.

Their mission has evolved from providing “soup, soap, and salvation” to offering comprehensive support to the homeless and needy. Each year, we supply custom golf towels for their Champion’s Challenge Golf Tournament, a fundraiser that directly supports their transformative work.

Alleon's Ongoing Commitment

Whether it’s mentoring future leaders, supporting vital research, or addressing homelessness, our commitment to community runs deep.

By standing with organizations that create meaningful change, we’re not just imagining a better future—we’re building it, together.

Strategically sourcing a need, particularly a challenging or complex one, can be an intimidating process. Where do you start? When do you use a “strategic sourcing” approach versus “buying?” How do you find the right pool of potential partners and then narrow down to the optimal partner who will solve your need?
