Introducing Brad Watkins

As our Director of Client Engagement, Brad Watkins will focus on cultivating new client partnerships and enhancing the value of current relationships. His expertise spans financial operations and strategic planning, ensuring that Alleon Group’s clients benefit from tailored, data-driven solutions. 

Before joining Alleon, Brad served as Controller at InjuryScripts, where he oversaw financial processes and implemented strategies to support operational growth. With a solid foundation in finance and experience across different roles, Brad has built an impressive reputation as a trusted advisor who delivers results. 

Building Expertise from the Ground Up

Brad began his professional journey in loan operations at Bank of America, where he developed a meticulous attention to detail and gained valuable experience in client interactions. His skills were further sharpened when he transitioned to the finance department at InjuryScripts, progressing from analyst roles to Controller. 

Brad’s deep understanding of financial strategy allows him to support client engagements with precision, providing insights that drive meaningful results. His experience spans industries, which gives him a unique perspective on how to solve problems from various angles and anticipate client needs. 

Leading with Integrity and Trust

Our clients can expect a high level of integrity and transparency in every engagement with Brad. Whether it’s guiding a client through complex financial challenges or helping them capitalize on growth opportunities, Brad approaches every interaction with professionalism and a genuine commitment to client success. Beyond the Numbers

Outside of work, Brad brings the same dedication to his personal passions. He’s an Eagle Scout, a golf enthusiast, an LA Rams and NY Mets fan, and enjoys spending time with his dog, Nala. Brad shares his life with his partner, Abby, a talented high school art teacher with a passion for creativity and the arts. Together, they enjoy concerts, sports events, and spending time with family – notably supporting Abby’s brother, a senior on the Army football team. 

Brad’s unique combination of professional expertise and personal warmth makes him a natural fit for Alleon Group’s culture of integrity, collaboration, and commitment to excellence. His approach aligns with our values and inspires everyone around him.
